Trenta medaglie d'oro trentasei d'argento. Questo è il bottino dell'Italia al concorso “Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships”, dedicato esclusivamente alle bollicine organizzato da Tom Stevenson, un'autorità internazionale nel campo.
Nel complesso, sono state assegnate 149 medaglie d’oro e 143 d’argento. La Francia rimane irraggiungibile, ma l’Italia si è difesa molto bene.
Rispetto allo scorso anno, sono arrivati alla giuria il 22 per cento di campioni in più, provenienti da 26 paesi del mondo, anche da America, Croazia, Moldavia e Ucraina.I vincitori finali del trofeo saranno annunciati alla cena di premiazione che si svolgerà l’1 a Londra gli champagne e gli sparkling premiati.
