It is almost ready to go to press. In September the new Etna Wine Guide published by Cronache di Gusto will be available.

The 2019/2020 edition will end up in the hands of enthusiasts and experts from all over the world thanks to the contents written in Italian and English. It is the fourth consecutive year that Cronache di Gusto publishes the most complete map dedicated to the wines of the volcano ever edited. Also this year the Guide will be present in the main bookstores and in some of the best newsstands of Sicily at the price of 15 euros. More importantly, the Guide will be on sale online with the possibility therefore to arrive in any corner of the planet as it happened for the previous editions. We received purchase requests from all the continents. Also this time a detailed section is dedicated to the best restaurants, the best shops and the best hotels in the area. A further indication for those who move to the volcano and also want to eat well and sleep well. The contribution of some journalists of our editorial team in the activity of coordination, tastings and drafting of the descriptions was decisive: Giorgio Vaiana, Marina V. Carrera, Veronica Laguardia, Francesca Landolina, Geraldine Pedrotti, Federica Raccuglia. The numbers of this new edition are large. First of all, the reviewed wineries are 105, twenty-one more than last year's Guide, a sign of the vitality of Etna wines without equal in the whole national territory. Then, we tasted almost 400 wines, 389 of which present in the Guide. Finally, twenty-seven wines are must-have. Today we reveal the first group of must-have, those wines that, as is widely known, represent excellence for us, the highest peaks of Etna production this year.
