The great expert in winemaking, protagonist of our event in the section dedicated to higher education. "Nine thousand years of history in the glass" is the title of his lecture. Appointment at Radice Pura in Giarre on October 25th. Here's how to participate. Limited places.

The course will be led by Professor Attilio Scienza, professor of winegrowing at the University of Milan, scientific director of Vinitaly International Academy, internationally well-known expert and author of several books and publications. 

A name that certainly needs no introduction among the experts. Science will offer TG Learning participants who will enroll in the course, a full day lecture, morning and afternoon, an excursus into the history of wine and vines besides disclosing the most effective types and techniques of communication and storytelling of the wine through material, qualitative, metaphorical and sensorial elements, that together represent the physical substance and spirit of a bottle. The lecture will be held Friday, October 25th at Radice Pura, the largest botanical park at the foothill of Etna, in Giarre, in the province of Catania. Here, starting at 11 am, a journey will begin entitled: "Nine thousand years of history in a glass: how to tell the stories of the vines".

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

All participants will receive a certificate of participation. Those who will attend the course, will have free access to the Taormina Gourmet tasting counter, that will be held on October 27th and 28th at the Hotel Villa Diodoro, in addition to a 30 percent discount on masterclasses, subject to availability of places. For those who are not winemakers or agronomists, enrollment in the October 25th lesson no later than August 30th will guarantee a 40 percent discount on the course price. Limited availability.
